My name is Xavier. Took an interesting of studying on nutrition and health. I loved science and I realize food is a science as well. To eat the right food to look and to perform better in our daily life. I later received my accreditation for personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, so I can teach people all over the world that workout is fun but not a choice.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim here to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I have medical problems. Can I join?

Sure. Our instructors will warn before doing fitness job that are harmful for that medical condition. So keep away from doing that.

What payment types do you accept?

All payments are processed via PayPal. You may also pay at the centre. But please call us to join the club.
